Aussie Gas Grill I Just Purchased A Portable Gas Grill. Do I Need To Use Briquettes With It, Or Should I Use It As-is?

I just purchased a portable gas grill. Do I need to use briquettes with it, or should I use it as-is? - aussie gas grill

My Grill is an Australian adventurer, and is a portable gas grill. I take this night, but I do not know whether to add more briquettes on the ground. There is no shelf on briquettes, if necessary, placed under the burner. It does not seem fair to add, but I always thought it necessary, even with a gas grill. Help??
