Could anyone advice me on a cheap but worthy touring bike? - cycling tibet
She just returned from a trip of 13 months in Asia, has been my budget mountain bike. Since there was so much I want to go do it all again next year, but I want a true touring bike that handles and off-road cycling. As fate would include India, Nepal and western Tibet, we should be very strong. Thanks

This expedition to travel far, it seems that almost everything you want in a drop-bar touring robust and cheap. I think it is also known as a frame for a customized version.
There are other bike and hiking tours adequate Trek Surly LHT 520, Fargo, however, seems to have bothered to finish.
